Korean BBQ Ribs & Chinese Broccoli with Oyster Sauce

Korean BBQ Ribs and Chinese Broccoli with Oyster Sauce

2 racks Salt Kitchen Korean BBQ Ribs made with KaoKao sauce
1 bunch Chinese broccoli
1 bottle Oyster sauce
Remove the ribs from the bag, being careful not to lose the juice inside, place the ribs on a lined oven proof tray.
Pour the juices into a pot and heat on the stove until it begins to simmer then turn off the heat. This will be used for basting your ribs in the oven.
Spoon 4 tablespoons of the juices over the ribs then put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. They will need to cook for about 40 minutes in total.
Baste 2 - 4 tablespoons of juices over the ribs every 10 minutes until they colour to a reddish caramel.
While the ribs are cooking, prepare the Chinese broccoli by cutting into 2 inch pieces. Steam in a bamboo steamer briefly.
Gently heat some oyster sauce and drizzle over the Chinese broccoli.
Serve with ribs and something to wipe the sticky juices off with!
