A staple in the northern Italian city of Bologna, Mortadella is a large forced meat salumi. Our Mortadella has beautiful diamonds of back fat suspended in every slice. A spice mix of coriander seed, garlic and white pepper is carefully balanced with the right amount of whole black peppercorns flecked throughout.
This hand-made product is a welcome addition to any salumi or charcuterie board. Drape over warm bruschetta (to allow the fat to soften) or a taste sensation heaven. Or serve on a ciabatta with an Italian cheese and a pickle. WOW!
