This Italian style sausage is unctuous, delicious and so easy to cook! Simply bring a pot of water to the boil, throw the sausage in - bag and all - and simmer for 2 hours. Peel off the casing, slice into discs and pan fry until crispy! You can serve it on braised lentils, mash or in a soft ciabatta roll with your favourite relish. It may not look that appetising - but once you've tried it, you'll wish you ordered more! Its the perfect winter treat.
